ADD ALLUSIONS-
During the audition for Good Morning Glen Falls, Faith (Kelly Ripa) makes a reference to Hal's toenails. This is an in-joke during a pedicure that Kelly had to give to Regis during an episode of Live with Regis and Kelly where Kelly lost a bet. While she was removing Regis' shoes, she made constant jokes about how long and ugly his toenails were.
