after the incident last season where house drove his car into cuddy's house and went to jail, cuddy left. They haven't given us any details yet about where she is or anything othere than she left a few weeks after the incident. They needed someone to take over and the board offered foreman the job. Thats the way it is in the series. I actually like foreman as dean of medicine. He just seems to fit to me. Maybe doesn't have the expereince but i think it was a good thing to do to get foremans character in the mix a little more but not on the team
