More spoilers people! From a poster called Spidysense on the televisionwithoutpity House board:
A poster asked:
"There's just no way House is going to be put in a 12-step program. No way. The whole surrendering to a higher power thing? Can you really imagine him doing that? Ever?"
Spidysense:
"He has trouble with the higher power thing as well. He doesn't take rehab seriously, let's just put it that way. He checked himself for various reasons, but one of them isn't to "rehab." He does make an intestine with some kind lesion on it out of his clay.
Regarding the apologies, I do think he's sincere on some level, but House is House and he's not going to be all emo about anything. House is also self-serving and Wilson knows this."
Another poster:
"Given the way spidy worded that spoiler, it looks at if it's Wilson who accuses House of not being sincere with his apology to him."
Spidysense:
"Yes, Wilson asks him if it was sincere based on a revelation at the end of the show. House leaves it up to Wilson as to whether or not Wilson wants to believe he was sincere. I get the idea that Wilson resigns himself to the idea that this is just who House is and he can take it or leave it. Based on what I've read from future eps, it looks as though their friendship is intact. After Cuddy perjures herself for House, House is grateful but of course but makes a joke about it by asking her if she wants a "conjugal" visit...she is not pleased and tells House that she *owns his a ss now."
Another poster said:
"I'm pretty sure spidy (if it was her that posted the original spoiler?) said it was awkward as well." (Talking about the hug between House and Cameron)
Spidysense:
"No, I didn't say that originally, but it's somewhat awkward. House seems surprised by it, but doesn't recoil in horror or some such thing. He just kinda lets her hug him and then steps away and says he *has to go back to jail.* Heh"
Wow!
