the best thing about this episode, atleast for me, was the nickname House used on the videogame : 'Occam's Chainsaw'. Took the cake!

Can't believe the team fell for it. I didn't know what House did but I knew he did something to fool them.

disapointing

i've watched the show entirely and when hows is faking/setting up people it's OBVIOUS..

if house really is ill he won't show any sign if he can avoid it and if he does becoming symptomatic he'll fake something else to hide it.. in other words the writers will have some underline illness he is hiding all show long as the finale and no one will know what it is or how to treat it which means house dies..
