I really loved this episode. Very well done. Bravo, Hugh Laurie!

Seeing the end made me think of something... How many times during the entire run of this series has Wilson LAUGHED?

As far as I remember, he's only really genuinely laughed with House... with the possible exception of Amber. Now that Wilson's *presumably* not dying of cancer, (though, judging by the last scene, he may die of a laughing fit ) I'd love to see Domanika come back, or House go and pester her.

I didn't realize it until last episode, but I'm actually quite fond of her... I was never a really big House/Cuddy/Cameron/13 fan. House being with someone that isn't constantly moralizing over him is kind of a refreshing change. Only Wilson's allowed to moralize over House, because he's the only one who does it properly.

On a side note, I really want to know how House got those girls to agree to posing with someone who looked as horrible as Wilson did.

On another side note, I really, really want House and Wilson to take another road trip, a real one this time. Both of my two favorite episodes, "Son of a Coma Guy" and "Birthmarks" have been centered around House/Wilson roadtrips, and if the writers don't give us another one, the show just won't feel complete.
