One of my favorite to-do things for 8 years long was to watch House every week. This show is definitely worth the watch, and it will forever leave an imprint on you. Hugh Laurie and every other cast member was superb in this and this show and its cast will be missed greatly.

Great Show !!! The first 3 seasons were nothing like anything else.

Best show ever!!!

Few years back, I started watching this tv-series. Quite frankly, I was captivated by it. Great actors, amazing plot, and even better finish. I was quite sad when the show ended, but to me, that was ok. You gotta know when to stop, don't ya?

House Will Be Missed BUT AWESOME ENDING

House has got to be one of my favourite series. Hugh Laurie (a brilliant actor) stars as the main character, House, who is a foul tempered and grumpy doctor that goes around insulting everyone. Each episode of House that I've watched captured my imagination and it's a shame that the series had to come to an end.

Just like Seinfeld and Friends are at the top of comedy shows, House is at the very top of his category, even though it's hard to categorise it!!! Wonderful!!!!!!

Just got my DVD copy of season 8. I worked night so, only get to see House on DVDs or reruns. I have watched all seasons many times. And, after watching season 8, I totally love it and the new cast members. Sad, this is the last season.



The cast worked together better and no one in love relationship to take away from the show.

This is by far one of the doctor shows I have ever seen. They`re so many things i loved about it. The score, the plot, the charcters above all the main character of house. He`s a depressed man who makes the funniest jokes and is a genuis. My problems are small sometimes they bring in a character that has bad acting or just doesn`t make sense. Also the show feels repetive they do mostly the same things. But what makes it great still is that they change it up becuase every character has a agenda.

I've gotta admit, I found this show quite by accident 4-5 years ago, and while it wasn't a show that I usually watch(it being a medical drama and all) I got hooked, simply because it had one of the coolest and most awesome characters I've ever seen.. Gregory House is the single badass character that litterally is being badass by his words rather than actions even though his actions are equally badass.. And let's face it this show would be an average at best where it not for his character and Hugh Laurie played him to perfection. Awesome show, too bad it ended but I guess it's better that way than mindless prolonging of it simply because we want more of house, and honestly he is the reason why most of the people watched the show

Hugh Laurie is a mastermind , his show can relate to (almost) any audience. Not many shows can pull that off. House is up there with best of it's era, but there is only so many times you can show someone in an MRI or getting an LP. I think they could've done better then House and Wilson riding off into the sunset for the Finale. Replying to a post someone said "At the end you could have allowed him to see some happiness, redemption, love, and a peace of mind." To answer your question they didnt because then it wouldn't be House , they'd have to change the name to Grey's Anatomy. House is such a great show, sorry to see it go.

One of the greatest Shows I have ever seen finally came to an end but I felt something different. It was a feeling like eating nachos without cheese or something like that.

Really, Who felt a real closure?

House is "Dead", Chase now is running the Department, Wilson is just waiting to say goodbye and the most important question: Where was Cuddy?

Hugh Laurie was the perfect choice for Gregory House, who throughout the series played the role impeccably. His personality was definitely polarizing. I thought his personality was appropriate, considering what he went through and how intelligent he was. It was good to see Robert Sean Leonard as James Wilson, since he is a great classic actor who we haven't seen much since the 90s. Wilson was the perfect character to have as House's friend. Lisa Edelstein as Lisa Cuddy was a great counterpart to House. At the beginning she didn't quite fit in her role, but later developed perfectly into who Cuddy should be, a strong female lead who could stand up to House in a scene. It was unfortunate that she wasn't in the finale.



Omar Epps was good Eric Forman, House's protge who was an understated character throughout the series. Jesse Spencer and Jennifer Morrison, Chase and Cameron were a good supporting cast that fit their roles very well. The rest of the actors that played doctors, House's support staff also did well, especially Thirteen, Taub, and Amber.



The cases were a combination of medical mysteries and detective work, which made for exciting episodes every week. I thoroughly enjoyed the series even though I couldn't understand much of the medical jargon. House ended how it was supposed to end and I loved how Wilson was included in the plan. I really enjoyed watching "House", after 8 seasons it was a good time to end the show.

Please Tony., an interesting take, but allow me to retort with a few simple insights as to how your logic is fatally flawed.



First, we have to believe that the always grounded Wilson, never the illicit drug user, somehow looses it and resurrects House from the dead in his mind. If that were true, then who rings Wilson during the eulogy? OK, so you could say Wilson imagined it...but what about this...who then placed House's hospital ID under the unsteady leg of Foreman's office table? Who else besides House would have done such a thing with his ID? And who else besides House was in that room when Foreman was messing with that table to begin with and knew about it? That in itself shoots your theory down.



Of course Wilson had reason to believe there was some elaborate trick by House. House's elaborate trickery is an underlying theme of the show!!!! I knew that House would fake his own death. It was no surprise at all.



Lastly, when considering the title of the last episode...let ye not forget, that "Everybody Dies" is but a play on another underlying theme of this series, and one of House's most revered maxims....EVERYBODY LIES.



The final lie, was his own DEATH.

What crazy person wrote the ending of this show? From the start of House he has been going through with drugs, relationships, and everything else. At the end you could have allowed him to see some happiness, redemption, love, and a peace of mind. Life has enough craziness and trouble we don't need to see it on tv. Thanks for the disappointment!

Now that it is over, and I know how it ends, I can decide if I liked the endings or not.



I liked the end for Chase and Cameron. I had hoped Chase would go back to Cameron and stop sleeping around, but Cameron could never accept House, or Chase after Chase intentionally killed a patient.



I was a little sorry for Taub because he wanted to study under House. In the last shot of the team, Taub was gone.



I like the development of Cuddy's character - that she had a thing for House for a long time and that finally she gave into it. When she is stricken with cancer, she finds that House is nowhere to be found. She has to admit that she cannot be happy with House.



I thought that House could be happy with Dominika. She was freaky and unconventional and smart. But before House could figure it out, Wilson got sick.



I liked the development of Wilson's character. When he is faced with death, he reveals that he really wanted to be like carefree Kyle and not the accommodating person that he actually is.



House's character finally changed only when, with fire all around him and he is about to die, he realizes that life is not always about him. Just in the nick of time, he remembers that Wilson needs him.



I'm glad the series ended on a happy note. I'm going to miss House.

the last episode was awesome and it had a happy ending to it, in a way where house decided to sacrifice his medical career to spend whatever time wilson had left with him. all this time ,through all the seasons, the thing that i liked the most was house being miserable and sad. i guess because thats something which most of us can relate to (specially me ) after all most of our lives are not always filled with joy and happiness instead we have to deal with sadness, sorrow and misery.



the thing that i liked most about greg house is his ability to go endure whatever misery life brought him (like the constant pain in his leg , being alone , no one to love him and even if he finds someone, getting disappointed by them and no human connection) and to move on with it, for that hats off to Greg house. he always stood by what he believes in and after being so damn stubborn he finally decided to change his life for good.. and not be miserable for once in his life....

House is dead, Wilson creates him for support.



House imagined a relationship with Cuddy whilst on drugs and self pity. Wilson dies the same.



House dies in the explosion in front of Wilson. During his eulogy Wilson hopes that his friend still lives. He hopes that its all an elaborate trick, another prank by House.



But it isn't. His friend is dead and Wilson must face his own imminent death alone. In his despair and loneliness Wilson recreates his friend so that he can find the strength to continue.



House's last words are,"I'm dead, Wilson. How do you want to spend your last five months?" Followed by,"Cancers boring" as Wilson rides off.



This show is Everybody Dies and its true.

Well I am truly sorry that House will no longer be on the air. I enjoyed everything about House, however I am a Canadian and maybe that could be my reason for enjoying this program so much. I truly will miss House.

Dr. Greg House and the rest of the TEAM is very cool .!!!!!! Same with Dr. Wilson and Dr. Cuddy .. :) i mean TWO THUMBS UP for all of them for having this great show. hopefully the directors and the producers as well as the rest of the staffs would come up with another Season.. This t.v show really do fascinate millions and even billions of people not just because of what they always did but also because of the challenges and knowledge that we gain from this.. so pleaseee.. Have another Season for this show !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I DONT WANT CHASE TO LEAVE AND I DONT WANT WILISON TO DIE !!!!!!!!!!!

I watched this show when it first came out but after a few episodes I became bored with the overabundance of the lead character. I also think that portraying an MD who takes pain killers all the time & likes to drink Scotch is maybe not the best thing to have out there. Everybody knows that combining pills & booze can be a lethal combination. Add that he likes to drive a motorcycle you have the equivalent of a monkey playing with a loaded gun in a crowded room. I think the quirkiness of the leads personalty appeals to many viewers but I would not want him as my doctor if I was in hospital...

I have to admit I only watched the first three seasons and some episodes later - but House is really cool.

I don't think I'd like to have him as a doctor but one has to admit: he's a genius.

But the show is nothing without his colleagues (the first ones, I mean).

It is really interesting and often like a thriller how he discovers the disease (and remember: it's never Lupus).

Its been a too long show and dragging on quite a lot recently. Good that its ends soon.....BTW What will be the possible endings.....will House have a epiphany, kick the pill popping habit and go in search of Cuddy? Will house hand over the mantle to Chase (remain active member from the original team) and move on. Will Wilson die of cancer and making House leave the hospital?

Dr House knows how to twist your ear with his words as a stubborn physician. He is very talented, his sarcasm is humorous to me, and his bluntness shows his confidence in his passion to find a cure for the current medical problem he encounters. I believe there are very appealing characters on this show that keeps me glued to the tube. I'm really in shock they canceled this show, but I have learned a lot about the medical field thanks to him and his staff.

I have loved House since the beginning and although it has had its ups and downs it has been overall an amazing series. I am sad it is ending although it's probably time. I think the last one is going to be very sad as someone is definitely going to die and I hope it's not House but I fear it might be.

When I wrote a review of this show last year, it was barely watchable.

I don't know what happened but House is having one of it's best seasons of the entire series. It is genuinely entertaining.

I am now actually hoping for another season...

I can't think of a show that has gone downhill this quickly.

House used to be intelligent,intriguing, and most importantly entertaining. The personal storylines of the supporting characters were interesting.

I knew the story would take a hit when Jennifer Morrison left but the show compensated and eventually it worked again .

With Season 6, Episode 1, I was excited about the potential direction the show was taking. Would we see a reformed House? Would the show move in a direction where he tries to discover his humanity? No, nothing but disappointment since he left the institution.

There have been some good episodes and sporadic moments with the show since then but the writers lost themselves and now it's like watching a train wreck in slow motion.

I thought things couldn't get worse with the end of last season but this entire season has been a disaster and the most recent episode left me wishing for mid-season cancellation rather than further ruin the status of what was once an important part of TV entertainment.
