When Cameron goes and find Chase eating at the cafe, the different camera angles are from different shots. When the angle changes, Chase is looking directly to Cameron or looking at the food.
Trivia: The gift Dr. Cameron gives Dr. Foreman is a framed contents page for an issue of Midwest Journal of Experimental Medicine. Dr. Foreman's published article was titled "Cerebral Magnetic Resonance Angiography enhanced by Rapid Auto-Transfusion During Hypothermic Circulatory Arrest."
Trivia: This episode confirms what was hinted in the "All In" episode--Dr. Chase has been with House the longest.
At the beginning at the episode when House is spying on Foreman, Wilson says that House has been living in the same apartment for 15 years. However, House's apartment in Season One is different than his apartment in Season Two.
When House brings in the chess set to play a game of speed chess with Nate, the clocks are set to 5:55. When they start to play, the clocks have been reset to 4:55. When the game is over, the clocks are back to 5:55.
Trivia: During the differential, House is seen fixing his drug addiction by consuming NOS (misspelled for copyright issues) which has 343 mg of caffeine per serving.
In this episode, we see House and Foreman get on the elevator from House's office floor. When the door opens we see two people on the back of the elevator, when they reach the hospital's lobby they get off the elevator by the same door they got in (the two people previously mentioned are still on the back of the elevator). In previous episodes (e.g. "Lines In The Sand"), when House and company get on the elevator from the same floor, they get on the elevator by one door and leave from the door that is in front of the one they got in.
Early on in the episode, Cameron suggests hemochromatosis and House dismisses it because the "symptom" of personality disorders doesn't correspond. But later when they eliminate the personality disorders as a symptom, neither House or Cameron remember that they earlier concluded hemochromatosis was a likely diagnosis once they eliminated the personality disorders.
Trivia: This is the first showing of House's flame decal covered cane.
Trivia: The first day or two of this episode occurs just after April 20, 2007.
Testosterone (the male sex hormone which the father applied on himself) does not induce the release of estrogen and progesterone in women (the female sex hormones which regulate puberty and menstruation). Actually, it inhibits them--thus stopping the female puberty and menstruation.
At the end of the episode when House and Wilson were talking House lowers his leg to the floor without any problem; the first time without using both hands to support the leg.
Trivia: In one of the scenes House is at home watching TV. He is watching Christian Cage versus Abyss for the NWA World Heavyweight Title from Lockdown 2006. This is one of TNA Wrestling's annual Pay-Per-Views. Lockdown takes place in April.
When House goes to switch seats with Cuddy, there is a guy snoring and leaning on her. Once House switches seats and is in coach, the snoring person is never in the shot again. The seat next to House is empty the rest of the episode.
House tells the flight attendant that they have to dive until they can club baby seals out of the window. Flying that low is dangerous and unnecessary. Most modern airplanes can pressurize to at or near sea level (1 atm), but they would have to descend from 38,000 feet to an altitude where the pressure difference between the cabin and the outside air wasn't too high.
Trivia: The stewardess says "Nilalagnat ka ba?" which is in Filipino, translates to "Are you suffering from a fever?" as the Korean man vomits.
House writes "extensor pastoring" on the board, but the boy asks about "extension pastoring."
When Cuddy is overlooking the Baby ward at 14 minutes in, there is only one real baby, the rest are robots or bundles of blankets. Babies when first born kick a lot and the robots in the peripheral "cribs" aren't moving at all.
Emma takes photos of Dr. House in landscape format with a short lens, but the print shown was taken in portrait format with a long lens.
House says that he will travel to Argentina where the Mocovi Indians would carry him to the top of the Aconcagua. Well, the Aconcagua is in Mendoza and the Mocovies are in Santa Fe, Buenos Aires and Chaco, several hundreds of kilometers from the Aconcagua and any other mountain, hill or bump in the ground (these three provinces are plains, with lot of rivers and some forests, but no mountain). Also, the chance of finding pure non-integrated Mocovies, living in the traditional fashion, is very slim. Most of them are adapted to modern urban, suburban or country life.
