  • Early 30s Marleigh is uncomfortable w/ her body although her 3 accomplices tell her over & over how beautiful she is. She wore baggy clothes and bulky sweaters to hide her body and the host discovers she has an amazing bust, flat tummy & sexy legs.moreless

    Very happy to see Marleigh come out of her shell while trying on the third collection of clothes but really think more emphasis needs to be put on promoting self confidence and the psychological aspect of her shyness and "wall flower" personality. She seems like she's been bombarded by her friend and sister in law and the host of the show. This kind of technique might work for some women but I felt uncomfortable for Marleigh when they started criticizing her taste in clothes and the colors and prints in her wardrobe. As awful as any of us found her choice in clothing there were more tactful ways of telling her a change was needed. Overall Marleigh's final appearance at the end of the show was stunning and the transformation was forte'd by a shocking new hair style and color. Hopefully the lesson learned by Marleigh is one that will be meaningful to her and will stick with her even if it was pushed on her a little more forcefully than it should have been.moreless
