Out of curiosity, does anyone think or know if cbs will ever make any family sitcoms? And I don't think "HIMYM" counts. They have only shown ted's kids occasionally and every episode is probaby set during the next evening or night during 2030 when ted is telling the stories, so through most of each episdoe it focuses on ted in his single days and past relationships leading up to when he and his wife meets, and many events in those days in the lives of his, barney's, robin's, and married couple marshall and lily. And I don't think "Two and A Half Men" qualifies either.
I'm talking actual family sitcoms. Ones that have couples, kids, neighbors, friends, and sometimes even other realtives. And they have many various settings like the homes, restraunts, malls, bowling, and many others. And Holiday specials are some of the best done in family sitcoms.
So does anyone know if cbs ever will make any family sitcoms? I'm curious about if they ever will.
