    From TVGuide.com:

Lily asks for her father's help when she and Marshall decide to throw a housewarming party; Marshall's boss gets under Ted's skin and the two nearly come to blows; and Barney puts the moves on a wacky divorcee.

It's come to the point that if there's nothing else on, I'll watch. I may just wait to hear what you guys think of it. (Especially since I can't stand Chris Elliott.)

I'm looking forward to the Ted/Garrison Cootes plotline. The rest bores me though.

Pretty good episode. Not that funny, though.

I liked how they had the 5 minutes in each room.

I didn't think it was that bad... I liked the structure of the episode. 7/10

I just don't get the venom that is being leveled at this show lately. This was a very clever episode, doing one of the things this show does best--playing with time. It may not have been "Slap Bet" funny, but it was still funnier than most shows on the networks these days.

Gimmick was cool, but what actually happened was boring. Nothing important happened.

I like when nothing important happens. It's a nice break from week after week having some series changing event.

Not sure you claim they have week after week series changing events, especially when nothing has happened for the last three episodes, I'm not sure i laughed once at this episode, the 5 min in each room wasn't that clever, it just gave way to a lot of repartition. This and last couple i think have been very poor.

Why hello Mr. Shark. What's that? Jump me you say? Don't mind if I dooo.

Literally the worst episode of How I Met Your Mother so far. I can't imagine how they could do worse than this ep. It felt like the writers just Frankensteined together an episode with half baked scenes they were pitching around. If they are running so dry on ideas they really need to just end it.

i'm really worried about the show. i don't need to see the mother (i really don't care who it is) but i'm thinking i need big arches again, at least for a couple of episodes if not a whole season.

I'm just glad the eighth looks to be the final.
