Barney: Yeah, bait is tricky, it has to be something interesting enough to get the girl upstairs, but not so interesting that it overpowers the night. I found that a slot machine was too fun, and a trampoline turned out to be too dangerous. But, then I found the perfect bait, a teacup pig.
Ted: A teacup pig, who's that working on? (Robin, Lily, and Marshall get excited and ask to see the teacup pig) Can I borrow your tea—
Barney: (cuts him off) Yes, you can borrow my teacup pig.
Barney: You're really going to sit there and watch the door all night because Tiffany said she'd try to stop by? Ted: Barney, I'm not going to just give up on her. Old Ted: I should've given up on her. Ted: This girl is special. Old Ted: She was the devil! Ted: Things are going to work out. Old Ted: No they're not, dumbass!
Robin: [Tiffany]'s stringing you along, but she's not committing to you, but she's keeping you around just in case, like an old can of chili in the pantry. Lily: Um, who's buying chili and not eating it right away? Marshall: Amen to that, sista! (they high five)

Barney's singing "Ain't no party like a pharmagirl party / 'cause a pharmagirl party don't stop" is a play on the line "Ain't no party like a west coast party / 'Cause a west coast party don't stop" from Coolio's 1995 song, "1, 2, 3, 4 (Sumpin' New)".
