In the scene where Ted, Barney, Marshall and Lily gathered to watch Robin's morning show, it can be seen that Robin showed a photo of the gang to her viewers. And it was clearly the photo that they "supposedly" capture one year after that, when they meet up at the bar, drinking the 2500 dollar scotch (this can be seen in episode 4 of season 4 : Intervention). How can the picture exist when it was actually taken one year after that?
