How I Met Your Mother

When Robin finds out that Marshall is not going to be around for an evening, she suggests that Lily and she have a ladies night out.



Lily tells her that she cannot make it because she already has plans with Jillian, one of the girls she works with. Robin gets jealous and believes that they never get to hang out alone because Marshall is always around. Lily feels bad and tells Robin to come to the birthday party with her.



Barney comes into the bar and tells everyone that his work is looking for someone to design the Goliath National Bank headquarter office. Barney's company is looking at a group called Sven, which are comprised of Swedish men.



Barney explains that he told his co-workers they should be more patriot and hire an American instead. Barney says that he suggested Ted to them. Marshall and Barney are thrilled at the aspect of having Ted get hired, because if he does, he can start taking part in their conference calls.

Marshall and Ted go up to the roof and drink beer. After they are done, they throw their beer cans at the pigeons.



Lily and Robin go to Jillian's birthday party which is at a cowboy bar called Giddy Up. The girls' there "woo" when they arrive. Through the whole night they "woo" when a good song comes on, they "woo" for shots, and when they ride the mechanical bull. Lily is surprised because Jillian is usually quiet and reserved at school.



When Barney hears from Marshall that "woo" girls are hanging out with Lily, he goes out to join them. When he arrives, he explains to Robin and Lily why "woo" girls are significant. He proceeds to explain that without any "woo" girls, there would be no "Girls Gone Wild."



Ted gives his building presentation and feels positive about the way it turned out. But later that night, Barney tells Ted the bad news that the board decided to go with Sven instead. Ted is upset about this and Marshall tells him that they should go and pee on a Goliath National Bank building to take their anger out. He suggests Ted finishes his beer first so that he has the most possible amount of liquid to dispense.



Robin "woos" out of the sun roof of the limo on the way back. Lily confronts her about her "woo" incident and Robin tells her that she is a single girl and sometimes wants to hang out with other single "woo" girls. Lily assures her that she can "woo," and Robin tells her otherwise.



Marshall ends up finding out that Barney actually voted against hiring Ted. Barney tells him that everything went well with Ted's presentation but Sven wanted to build a dinosaur building that had a strip club. How could he vote against that?!



Marshall is not satisfied with this answer and he locks Barney on the roof so he can think about his choice. Suddenly pigeons start to arrive and they are not happy about the beer can incident from earlier.



Robin's out at the bar with the "woo" girls when Lily shows. She is wearing a plastic fireman hat.



Barney invites Sven for a conference call on the roof but they think it's a waste of time that they are drinking beer and not actually having a conference call.



Lily tries to fit into the group of girls. She tells the girls they are a bunch of prostitutes who likely have STDS which they do not take kindly to.



Robin tries to make Lily feel better and tells her that the girls have nothing better to look forward to while Lily has Marshall.



Robin and Lily take a closer look at what each girls' "woo" really means. One "wo"o says "I've never been on a second date." Jillian's "woo" says "What if I never get to be a mom." Robin says that she is lost like these girls for now, but that she will always come to Lily for all the big, important things because she is her best friend.



Barney tells Ted that he now has the job because they ended fired Sven. Marshall admits to Ted about what Barney did and they put Barney on the mechanical bull.



Barney overhears one of Jillian's friends suggesting they have a three way. He tries to get there fast but ends up falling due to riding the bull. Jillian suggests that they have a three-way with Ted because he is cute…and probably does not have an STD.
