I was recommended this show by my father because I used to have a MEGA crush on Dave Foley and I want to ask anyone if you think How To Be A Gentleman will be a hit? Personally I think Dave Foley starring in How To Be A Gentleman will make it a success and the other star of the show Kevin Dillon will make it worth watching. I was gonna watch the debut episode of How To Be A Gentleman but I was playing Nintendo at the time but hopefully I will catch this week's episode,

Do you think this show will be a mega hit?

After watching episode two I think this is a sureshot cancellation. It lacks a certain something in the overall department, the chemistry between the two leads could be a lot better, neither of them are very likeable or engaging and the jokes aren't very funny. I find this show slightly amusing, but that's not enough to stay on air.

Not even a little bit. By all reports, it's already canceled, 2 episodes in.

What a surprise that How To Be A Gentleman was cancelled and to me why CBS chose to cancel it after two episodes was so CBS could pay attention to their other comedies. I also think that CBS is really trying to copy the idea of canceling sitcoms from NBC and the cancelation of How To Be A Gentleman proves it. Maybe there will be some hope that CBS will try to bring it back with new episodes,

What would be the point of that? Aside from the obvious they-don't-want-to-make-or-produce-it-anymore? "Yay! We can make failed shows too!" Undecided What does that get them, except a blank spot on their schedule where they have to slap in a re-run of something else?

Nope. Won't last. The entire script feels so contrived and the jokes are juvenile. It's unfortunate though. I was rooting for this show because Drama was on it.
