This is one of the better episodes of this classic show. Why? It features the Young Rascals in a stunning, high-energy raw performance. They had a great look and screen/stage presence. However, the topper on this episode was the close-out act, The Remains. This band has since gone on to garage-rock legend status. There is even a play right now (fall 2005) off-off Broadway about their career. Here, you get to see them wail on their Bubbling Under hit "Diddy Wah Diddy." Oh, and Soupy Sales was an above average "guest host."moreless
