Hustle

This was a wonderful episode! The twists and turns of this episode make it one of my favorites of the show, but kind of difficult to review. The bar owner of the bar they frequent, Eddie, is being blackmailed by a crooked cop. This woman threatens to plant counterfeit money on him unless he gives up the grifters who frequent the bar. He gives up Mickey Bricks.

From this point on the story moves along with the cop then blackmailing the group. She wants 50% of their take or she turns them in. Meanwhile Stacy is chatting up a potential art buyer who happens to be a comic book geek.

This episode is fabulous, but telling more of the plot or why it is so great would give away too much and ruin the episode.moreless

If you want to hook someone into getting addicted to this series, this is one of the episodes to show 'em. Has classic convoluted twists that quirky Brit stuff has become famous for (Think Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels). Great plot and great story. Keeps you guessing until the last "That was a very bad move."
