Yes, in the middle of the 5th season, Ep #124 "The Wedding". If I remember correctly, Tony finally proposed to her in Eps #100-101.

Of course they did, 'charmedluver'!!! Like 'multi' said, they tied the knot in the 124th episode, "The Wedding" [December 2, 1969]. But episodes #100 and 101 were "The Case Of My Vanishing Master" [January 6-13, 1969], which did NOT feature an actual wedding (if you remember, Jeannie believed the "phony Tony" sent to spy on Major Nelson's household proposed marriage to her, and conjured up a wedding dress and "Arabian reverend" to perform a "quickie ceremony". Of course, this never happens!). It was episodes #116 and 117, "Guess Who's Going To Be A Bride?" [September 30-October 7, 1969], where Tony "loses" Jeannie and "regains" her- as his fiancee!!

I didn't see the episode when they got married, but in the movie didn't they have a son?  If I can remember I think they did.

Yes, in "I Dream Of Jeannie: 15 Years Later" (1985), Tony and Jeannie have an 11 year-old son, Tony, Jr., played by then "FACTS OF LIFE" cast member MacKenzie Astin. An older "T.J" also appears in the follow-up, "I Still Dream Of Jeannie" (1991), this time played by Christopher Bolton.

One of the side plots of the wedding episode was that Jeannie's could not be photographed. So Jeannie animated a "doll" version of herself to walk down the asile and then took its place at the alter.

the end of the episode is that Jenny and Tony stold the video of the wedding from the captain. And then they were at Jenny's bottle watching the video laughing because Jenny didn't appear in the video?.

I actually really didn't like the wedding episode. I don't want to ruin it for you and tell you what happens...but it might be on the episode guide so you can read about it there!
