My family are big fans of these shows, the quality classics: Dick Van Dyke, The Munsters, I Love Lucy (Duh!), etc. so I was raised watching them, and still do today.

I think I was 6 or 7 when I first starting watching it. And it still is one of my favorite shows.

I started watching when I was about five years old.  Whenever I was home sick from school, I watched I LOVE LUCY.  I loved it then and I love it now.

I must have started when I was around five or so too; and at 19 I hold it as one of my favorite 3 TV shows of all time. And definitely the best comedy.

I watched it in syndication at 6:30 every evening in the later 1960s, starting at age 7 or 8...

I don't want to sound like a broken record but I started watching "I Love Lucy" when I was about 7-8, and I believe that the first show that I watched was the "Superman" episode of Lucy and I have been hooked ever since. Ordering all of the box sets and now the Last one I have on pre order is I Love Lucy Season 7-9 the hourly shows.

I was a little girl living in the UK and they didn't show *nearly* enough of her show for my liking, plus it's not been shown over here for eons - so I'm envious of yous guys that still get to see it As a (painfully shy) gawky red head with limbs which didn't belong to me I soooo empathised with Lucy She was my heroine, my role model and (after seeing the film of her life recently) I'm so happy to say that she didn't "let me down". (Altho' I thought she'd have been a little stronger against Ricky - but hey! I know we can't always choose who we love and despite everything she truly seemed to love the rogue)

Looks like just about everyone on here have said what age they were when they started watching the show, but haven't indicated their current ages, lol....so, i have no clue where I fit in (if i'm a youngin on here or if we're around the same age)....but I'm 22 and didn't start watching "I Love Lucy" until some time in the mid-'90s - basically, when it started coming on Nick@Nite...

my mom used to always try to get me to watch it before then, 'cause she grew up on "I Love Lucy," but I just never took the time to get into it....until Nickelodeon brought it to me, hehe...

but anywho....since then, it's been one of my top fav. sitcoms (well, one of my tv shows, period!) of all time!!

I was born on the day the "bicycle trip" episode aired in 1956.  I have been addicted to ILL since.  My children love it and someday my grandchildren will too.  I remember as an elementary school child, praying to God that the reruns would continue for another season.  Wow, did God answer my prayers.
