I Want To Look Like A High School Cheerleader Again is a reality television series on CMT where Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders trainer Jay Johnson works with a group of 10 women who were cheerleaders in high school to get them back into shape. His army-style fitness regimen may not be the chants, basket tosses and stunts they were used to, but they are what will get these women back into the best shape of their lives. Over the course of 10 weeks, and with the help of his wife Lin, Jay will work with the women to get them fit. But personal appearance isnâ��t the only thing on the line- the contestants also stand the chance of winning a $50,000 prize and the chance to perform again in front of a live audience. As these women are emotionally and physically tested, only one will push herself to the limits to win the prize.
