The phone booth in jail with Carly and Sam alone is worth watching anyday.

Carly wishes she had a "normal" brother after Spencer's magnetic tree sculpture catches fire incinerating all of her presents. Magically a Christmas angel named Mitch appears and sets out to earn his wings by showing her what her life would be like if Spencer were a ho-hum, buttoned-up lawyer. I thought that this was a superb Christmas episode of "iCarly". It's not the greatest Christmas episode I've ever seen and I've seen more emotional and better Christmas installments than this one but this was still pretty special and pretty funny along the way. By iCarly's standards, the emotion was actually pretty good but it didn't really blow me away to be honest. But yeah, I think the emotion in this Christmas episode is as good as they can go. Also, some of the parts were a little boring and not very much humor plus the reversed world where Spencer isn't normal is just weird and kinda bad. The parts that did make me laugh was Spencer's magnetic Christmas tree, Mitch getting his wings and they turn out to be chicken wings (I really didn't see that coming, :D haha), when Carly was getting upset and told Nevel and that Ramona Burger girl that nobody likes them, and the part with Carly trying to prove to Sam (who is in juvy) that they are best friends and all that's pretty much the only humor for me in this Christmas episode. The very ending was kinda nice as well. Overall, a superb Christmas episode of "iCarly" that is worth watching every year... fans will surely enjoy this one more than I did. 9/10
  • another almost perfect episode of icarly

This episode of icarly made me laugh soo hard and made me cry soo hard. the reason why this episode was almost perfect was at the beginning when Freddie was in a flashlight suit. i didn't think that part was funny. Porbably the funniest part in this episode was at the end when Carly's guardan angel got his wings, but he got hot wings instead. Spencer was hillarious in this episode i loved him. i thought that this was a classic icarly episode. it was simmular to what a wonderful life. I couldn't think of a way that this episode couldn't be more had. i cried in this episode and i rarely cry thats how sad it is.There have been a lot of almost perfect epiosdes of icarly. in season 2. the epiosde that was almost perfect in season 1 was idream of dance. i thought it was funny when was saw Spencer's Christmas tree. i chuckled at that. i laughed so hard when it caught on fire. Overall, a classic episode of icarly

What I liked: Carly's angel getting his 'wings', Carly dating Nevel, Ms. Benson and Freddie dating, Sam being in juvenile hall, Freddie not being interested in Carly, the ending of the episode, amongst other things.

This was pretty good. I am a sucker for Christmas episodes and this was great, in terms of emotion, humor, and plot development. Definitely giving this episode an A+ as my final grade

It's a Wonderful Life meets iCarly and the results are pretty good. The episode was not that funny, outside of the idea of Nevil being Carly's boyfriend, but it was a well-written and enjoyable installment from start to finish. It was a nice usage of Mickey from Seinfeld as the spiritual guide, and a nice Dan Schneider moment with the "wings" that the angel was seeking turning out to be chicken wings.

iCarly is the most-watched kids show for a reason: it is very good. This was a nice special for the holidays, and I am not usually a fan of Christmas episodes.
  • wow, this episode of icarly made me laugh AND cry more than any other except maybe iWanna Stay With Spencer. Read my review to hear all about iChristmas, a classic iCarly episode. >>SPOILER ALERTTTT

iChristmas is one of the rare iCarly episodes where the show is a fantasy, kind of like iDream of Dance. Carly gets mad at Spencer because Spencer builds a weird Christmas tree with electric magnets and teh tree catches on fire and burns up all carly's presents. Carly looses her temper and tells and Spencer by saying she wishes he had been born normal - that part was so sad and emotional. so an angel heard carly's wish and comes to meet her and makes her wish come true! he makes spencer born NORMAL, so EVERYTHING about carly's life is different and she hates it. she can't believe that her life is so much less fun if spencer was born normal. so carly begs her angel (Mitch) to put everything back the way it was. but she can't get him to and carly is so sad she CRIES which made me cry to. but the angel must have heard carly because magic happens and her life is back. i think this is a classic icarly episode because its so different and its all about christmas. i want to watch it every year.
  • When Carly and Spencer's Magenetic Christmas tree sets on fire, Carly wishes Spencer was born normal. She gets her wish from an angel and realizes that if Spencer was born normal, her whole life would be turned upside down.

In my opinion, this is one of my favorite episodes of iCarly. From a magnetic Christmas tree setting on fire, to having a bizarre dream, this was a hilarious episode! Especially when we learn all the things about Sam. There were a lot of messages in this episode, like:

-If there was a tiny twist in your life, it might change your whole life.

-Even though something is strange in your life, it's part of your life chain.

    -NEVER HAVE MAGNETIC X-MAS TREES!!!

Therefore, this is a great episode of iCarly and teaches a little something about the small thing in your life.

    Thank you for reading!
  • It's a Dan Schneider version of "It's A Wonderful Life." With a little homanage to "A Charlie Brown Christmas" at the end.

Absolutely hilarious! This episode will be a new holiday favorite in my house. I think that any color that reminds Sam of food is her favorite color. But I can see how she'd be a gravoholic. Who doesn't like gravy? Crazy people, that's who! And the part with Spencer getting engaged to Freddie's mom? Can you say "Scary beyond all reason?" but funny at the same time. The only thing that really creeped me out was Nevel being Carly's boyfriend. Only two words can describe that: sick and twisted. Yet, Nevel aside, the best holiday show I've seen this year.
