Sequel to iKiss is just as charming and funny as its original.
  • WORST EPISODE EVER!

    10
    "Perfect"
The episode was clearly horrible! I hated the ending! In some series episodes, the plot meets together, like this one! I mean, how could you like this episode? I'm telling you it's horrible. Believe me! At the end of this episode, a prisoner escapes the sculpture he made with Spencer. He sees Carly, Sam, and Freddy on the couch, and asks if they have duck tape. At the end, Carly, Sam, and Freddy are tied up to the couch, with nothing after that. I must now say that this is the WORST EPISODE EVER! I have proof! Watch this episode! If you want to respond, do it! I'm not afraid. I have better reviews for The Simpsons episode "The Italian Bob", because I love it! Otherwise, I hate this!
  • an hillarious season 3 premire.

an hillarious season 3 premire. Ok Carly takes Sam to the dentist after her tooth falls out during their webshow. The dentist, Doctor Wheeler, drills Sam's teeth and eventually uses wacky gas on her. With her side affect she acidenlty tells Carly that she and Freddie kissed. I thought the plot was good like when Sam's thumb was missing. That part was hillarious. I also laughed when she tells Freddie what happened and Freddie uses an "excuse" to go home and Carly starts beating him up,but Freddie pins her. the spencer plot was funny (obisously) i laughed so hard at that plot. The end so freakin hillarious when the prisoners made a pair of pants and they escape jail and Carly, SAm, and freddie see it and the prisonierrs tie then up. You have to see this episode overall an hillarious season 3 opener.

  • Crazy episodes like these usually never work for this show BUT this episode actually worked for me and it was enjoyable

Well... I kinda don't understand why people gave this episode low scores. I actually think it was bad at all and that's coming from one who doesn't enjoy "iCarly" a whole lot. Anyways, this episode was very funny in my opinion at least. Although, that whole blood towards the beginning of the episode should have been deleted since kids watch this show apparently. Also when Sam said "Did you something bad?.... Holy CRAP, I love this". Stop with the cuss words Dan Schneider, I know "crap" isn't that bad of a word but kids are gonna repeat it and according to some parents, "crap" is a bad word. Anyways, despite those two that aren't really problem but just need to be deleted, this was an excellent episode. Carly taking Sam to the dentist since she broke her teeth was funny. Sam being on the laughing gas to help her calm down from the surgery was very funny and it was also funny when Sam admitted to Carly that she kissed Freddie from the episode "iKiss" while Sam was on the laughing gas. The whole prison plot with Spencer and the other prisoners was actually hilarious. That one prisoner attacking Spencer like 2 or 3 times was very funny. I was also laughing at the line "I want to stab it" from that prisoner. Although, I just the youngsters don't get any ideas from that line. Spencer and the other prisoners making a gigantic pants was funny. It was also funny when those two prisoners went inside the gigantic pants to escape from jail. Those two prisoners also tying up Carly, Sam, and Freddie to the chairs was very funny. I was also loving the scene with Carly, Sam, and Freddie trying to escape from the chairs and they fall down was funny. Overall, this episode was very funny all the way and it was actually excellent in my opinion at least. 10/10

  • Decent

    7.5
    "Good"
Carly finds out about the kiss from earlier in the series from Sam, under the spell of laughing gas. Carly is furious neither told her.

Spencer starts teaching art in a prison, and one of the prisoners suggests that all of them build a "giant pair of pants." Spencer agrees.

At the end Carly wants to know if Sam and Freddie enjoyed the kiss. But before they answer, two convicts {they used the giant pants to escape prison} come out, and tie Sam Freddie and Carly to chairs.

It was rather weak ending, but there needs to be more drama and resolution to the dating/kiss thing.
  • iReeeeeeeeally hated Carly in this pathetic excuse for a special

    2.5
    "Terrible"
Hooray. Yet another overhyped, out of character special to add to iCarly's library of failure specials and with each of those special, there is a common theme to it. The fact that it keeps getting overhyped. I sat through a three hour marathon and was tortured with almost two months of commercials and sneak peeks for this?! Seriously. Dan Schneider either needs humor bypass surgery or get replaced immeadiately!! So now that my little rant is done, let's get on with the actual review.

    Plot

Sam goes to the dentist and while high on laughing gas, accidently spills the beans on her kiss with Freddie. Meanwhile, Spencer goes to prison to teach prisoners about art.

    Positives

    *cricket chirps*...........Next.

    Negatives

-The subplot made absolutely no sense!! Spencer goes to jail to teach prisoners about art? WTF?! Why? It doesn't even explain why. Not only was the subplot stupid, but it was pretty disturbing, too. That guy that wants to stab things all the time was just plain creepy. What kind of message does that send to kids? If you want to get laughs from a bunch of people out of nowhere every five seconds, stab stuff! :D Not a good messgae there, right? (-_-)

-The freakin' laugh track! They seriously need to chill with that thing! I hear it like after every sentence, It's like their trying to push their cheap entertainment on us as if it was supposed to be funny. If it's not funny, it's not funny! Get over it! It gets pretty annoying after a couple minutes.

-Creativity was just not there. The EPIC reveal of how Carly knows about the kiss, the subplot. Just about everything in the episode.

-Length. This is suppposed to be a special, right? Then how come it was only twenty-two minutes long? That was one of the major problems with the special because they could have added some material in there to make it at least decent instaed of mediocre.

-And the biggest dissappointment of them all.......Carly. I'm sure alot of you hated the way Carly acted in this episode as did I. She acted like she controlled the entire ****in' world!! What do I mean by this? At the end when she confronted Sam and Freddie about the kiss, she acted like she had some special key that allowed her to access her friend's privacy. I mean honestly. Friends shouldn't keep secrets from each other, but there are some things that should just be kept private and if Sam and Freddie didn't feel comfortable sharing that with Carly, than Carly should respect that. I mean, it's not like Sam and Freddie told everyone BUT Carly. They didn't even tell anyone so Carly saying that she felt betrayed was pretty shallow and basically a lie. Then, she asks more questions like "How long was it?" and "Did you enjoy it?" I'm pretty sure that Sam and Freddie are both mortified as it is and they don't need you making it worse. Plus, Carly said she was upset because her friends made her feel betrayed but I bet it was just to satisfy her selfish curiousity. Carly's shallow, selfish character really pisses me off and thank God, Sam and Freddie's good acting saved the score from being a one.

    Overall

So overall the episode was overhyped, lack of creativity, laugh track overuse, length and Carly's attitude was really dispicable. Final Grade:2.5/E

    Afro-Boy36....out.
  • Season 3 Premiere

    "Good"
One of the most over hyped iCarly specials I have ever seen. Of course we've got many specials that were over hyped such as iSpace Out, iQuit iCarly, and who can forget iCarly Saves TV? But things were brought to all new lows here. The commercials for the episode were misleading and repetitive, leaving every fan disappointed when they watched the episode.

Of course now that I've learned to ignore obnoxious promos like iThink They Kissed had, this wasn't a bad episode. Of course, it could have focused more on the actual kiss not the "why didn't you tell me about it" aspect of the secret.

I liked the ending, things are always open for interpretation when it comes to Sam and Freddie. "Did you guys like it?" Of course we've got an interruption, but hey, it keeps fans tuning in every week. Good, but not the best way to open up a season.
  • Good Episode.

When sam reveals she kissed FREDDIE, Then i knew it was a second. If you watched another episode, Freddie and Sam say they haven't kissed anyone, So they kiss each other. Their pretty much a pair. I also think this episode is one of the funniest.

When spencer is teacher art class to people in prison, It just gets funnier. This is one of my favourite parts of the episode, Next to where same reveals she kissed freddie. But this is what makes this episode as funny as it is.

Overall, Thiss episode is deffently superb. I love ithink they kissed!
  • The opener for the third season gives high hopes for the rest of the season.

    10
    "Perfect"
I will admit now, I was worried about this episode. After the second season opener was just so-so, I was concerned that this episode would be like that/ However, this episode might be the funniest episode there is.

The plot is what the title says. Carly finds out about Sam and Freddie's kiss in "iKiss". as expected, she freaks out. What wasn't expected was Spencer's plot. The whole thing of him teaching art to prisoners was great, and the combining of the plots was even better. Also, this episode is choked full of goodies for big fans. In one scene they reference three previous episodes. I caught two of them, I'll look for the third next time. Also, in the last half Spencer is wearing a shirt that says "DanWarp" Tweets". Pure gold.

    Definately an excellent episode. 10

The third season premiere of Nickelodeon's breakout hit iCarly shows that the series has not lost a step during the hiatus. Things are as funny as ever in the Shay apartment as Spencer tries to teach art to prisoners and Carly discovers a secret about Freddie and Sam.

The scenes at the prison were great and I was surprised that a Nick show would so openly discuss stabbing and killing. The other storyline with Sam and Freddie was also a nice break from the usual with them, although I definitely do not want to see them together at any point.

Funny season premiere and surely the rest of the season will be as good.
  • Great Episode.

    "Perfect"
This was a great episode and im glad Carly finally found out about the kiss.i know this episode was basically about the true meaning of friendship and all that Tween/Kid moral crap.It manages to work herew as Carly`s friends keep her in the dark about a powerfull secret like that.

Now obviously if this was a teen show (14+)This wouldnt be about Carly mad at her friends for not telling her secrets and stuff, this would be about Craly being fully blown jelly(jelouse)and thats why Dan cut the scene where Carly was supposed to say she was jelouse.Well that was my little opinion about the episode and now im done!
  • It was okay, but not the best episode ever.

    4.5
    "Poor"
This episode was okay. I was kinda disappointed with it. I was so excited to see what would happen, but I got an episode that seemed like the writers only had 10 minutes to write it. I don't recommend this episode to anyone under the age of 9, because of the guy that always felt "stabby", and the guy that tried to strangle Spencer. But it was funny when Sam was acting crazy from the laughing gas. And Carly wasn't very nice about them keeping that a secret. She's usually sweet about stuff like that. Unless you want your kid to learn to stab and strangle people, don't let them watch this. If your kid is very mature about that stuff, then I recommend it to kids 10 years or older.
  • The main plot and sub-plot were both not something to get excited over. Everyone was super excited about this episode and were disappointed when it came out.

    3.0
    "Bad"
I never really liked iCarly to start with. However, I did see iKiss, the episode where Freddie and Sam kiss, and I decided to watch this episode to see what would happen when Carly found out. I had expected something huge and dramatic to happen in this episode, as many other anxious viewers did. We all had 2X the expectations for this episode and were 2X as disappointed when it completely bombed. Carly was supposed to be trying hard to hide her jealousy, completely ticked at her best friends, and hopefully, her true feelings revealed about one thing or another. Instead, she was mad for a few seconds, asked a few questions, then made her friends promise to always share their secrets. The resolution was simple, but in this case, mediocre and completely expected, which bores people. In most episodes of iCarly I watch, I usually enjoy the sub-plot of the episode that involves Spencer and whatever random and hilarious things he does. Too bad this episode's sub plot was just as bad as the main plot. Huge pants? That the murderers hide in? There was something distinctly lame about that that I didn't really find all that funny. In recent episodes of iCarly(mainly the 3rd season and some before it), the story lines started to go downhill. They aren't original in the least, and especially with this episode, I felt that they could've done something a little more unexpected and suspenseful to make this episode better. And if they were trying to teach some lame lesson about friendship, I think it didn't come across right. The lesson here wasn't to always share secrets with your best friends, but to never associate with people in jail.
  • I guess I'm having a hard time admitung that this show is going down hill. I mean I Liked the idea of putting Miranda Cosgrow with her own show. But this episode was horrible.

    3.0
    "Bad"
OK This was a little misleading. I saw Freddie during the commercial saying to Carly. "Are you Jealous? Because that would be..." *Sam hits him* Or something like that, but was it in the episode? No! Can they do that? Put a clip not even in this episode. So like I said before It was very misleaning. I thought this would decide If Freddie would date Sam or Carly. But it turned out it was just Carly Freaking out and the whole semi-funny subplot of Spencer teaching prisoner how to scupture. Plus, the plot was just so unrealistic. I know this is just a show but Sitcoms need to be realistic in my opinion. So, How does Carly find out? Sam want to the dentist and since she was high on laughing gas and she told her what happened between her and freddie. NO NO NO! I think another person here said this, but why couldn't they just make it so Sam slipped out the secret on accident. So About the Sub- plot Spencer makes a giant pair of pants with those prisoners and when there done they hide in it when Spencer's not looking and they tell him he can take it. So I think the smae person I mentioned said this too. Why didn't the police check the pair of pants for something. Get it though your head people! It's Gotta Be Realistic!! So while the 3 teens are talking, the prisoners get out of the pair of pants. They see face to face and they just take a pause of shock. And the ask what's going on and then Freddie says "You know we have to call the police?" and then the prisoners say "Yeah, Do you have any Duct Tape?" Carly shows them where it is and then next thing you know they get tied up. Sam asks why the Hell she did that? Then, she blames it on Freddie for telling them they have to call the police. Come On Carly! Stop being a brat and stop blaming other people for your own actions. so while they're tied up Spencer walks in a gets his banjo, too stupid to noticed they're tied up. What happens next? nothing that's the end. Do the creators of Icarly have some problem with putting ending to some of their episodes. In Drake and Josh they ended the wedding episode with the car blowing up and then that's the end. and the Tree house one just ended with the tree house toppling over. What's wrong with endings??? So I think I'm done rambling. Wow I think the is my longest review, yet. Well I gotta go!
  • Great episode

    "Perfect"
I loved this episode and think they did a great job on it. I do not get why so many people are disapionted! It was very funny and a great first episode of a new season of iCarly. I loved it and all my friends love it also!! It reviled some secrets and anwsered some questions of many fans. Like you now know that Freddie thinks that Melanie might have been real. Also the main secret that was revealed: Sam and Freddie kissed. I think it is a little bit better now that Carly knows so there are no more secrets!
  • It's not like I was a fan of Icarly to begin with, so it takes a lot for me to get excited over an episode. But this sucks!

    1.0
    "Abysmal"
Alright, let me start with my major problem with the special; IT ISN'T ABOUT THE KISS! I don't care about the stupid subplot with the prisoners and the pair of pants, I want to see them argue over the kiss! Not only that, I was expecting it to be an hour long. When the trailer said "TV special", the first thing I think is "Oh, it'll be an hour long." Now, heres another problem. The WAY Sam tells Carly about the kiss is just humiliating. I was expecting it to slip out when they were talking or something (Which so often happens with teenagers.) But under the influence of laughing gas? That's just lazy writing. The last problem I have with this show is the ending. I mean, What the heck!! I'm pretty sure if. I saw prisoners coming out of a pair of pants, I think I would run away. And wouldn't the police have checked the pair of pants before Spencer left the prison? But what do you expect, all police officers in this show are idiots, anybody else notice that? Bottom line, This show itself is alright. If theres nothing else to watch, sure, Icarly is a great way to kill time. (Even if the acting is terrible from most of the main cast) But this special is just embarrasing, even for this show. My advice? Don't watch this special, and never look back as long as you live. Or even after you die, because then god knows your trying to do better.
  • Useless episode, and I dislike Carly even more now.

    5.0
    "Mediocre"
I must admit, when I first saw the comercial I thought, "Oh my gosh! Carly is so annoying, she's freaking out about something that doesn't concern her AT ALL!!!!!!" Although I still kind of agree with this, the actual episode made it seem a lot less crazy. Okay, we know Carly couldn't find out for a while, so there was probably one point where she was just like, "Ughh, would someone just tell me?!?!" I still don't agree with the whole concept of "friends tell eachother everything" though. I knew this wasn't a shippy episode because Dan said it wasn't going to be, so I actually loved the unanswered question and liked that they took out when Freddie asks Carly if she's jealous. And am I the only one who actually liked the Spencer plot? By the way, I love "the stabby guy" Kay bye.
  • Dissapointing...

    4.0
    "Poor"
I was really looking foward to this episode, but after I watched it - BIG dissapointment...

Nick got this episode all hyped up in the promos, like the whole Sam/Freddie thing would be decided. But instead, the whole time it was just Carly freaking out over the big "Kiss", and Spencer with the prison dudes. The only hint of something more to come was when Sam and Freddie looked at each other after Carly asked if they liked the kiss. This episode was a total waste of time. Maybe if it was an hour long, it could've been a good episode. Anyways, this totally brought my expections of Season 3 down, it seems iCarly is lacking ideas...
  • The most misleading trailer I've seen for an episode in a while, though I have to admit, the outcome was funny for all the wrong reasons...

    4.5
    "Poor"
To be honest, the episode was horrible. I first started watching this show with my niece when it first aired and it was too bad. But as the show progressed, it's getting pretty bad writing wise, to the point of absurd.

This episode was practically false advertisement but that's where the humor in it lies to me. Let's face it: half the of reason so many people are upset about this episode was because it didn't give any leverage to their side of the ship war...I.E. the people that like the Sam/Freddie pairing vs the Carly/Freddie pairing.

Would Carly actually get jealous, thus giving a hint that she actually DOES like Freddie--even though up until she's done nothing to really prove so? Do Sam and Freddie actually like each other and did they enjoy the kiss, thus giving just another reason that this couple would be more likely to get together in the future?

The answers...well, technically, there really aren't any. And if there where, the plot was so convoluted (Carly spends most of the episode freaking out without actually giving a good answer as whether she's actually jealous or just freaking out because her friends never told her) that one could literally argue on what anything meant.

And Spencer's side story just wasn't that good this time around. Which is sad, considering he and Sam are practically the only reason I bother to watch. (Carly is ARGUABLY a Mary Sue and Freddie--meh, I like him too.)

    Overall, a horrible episode.
  • iThink its lame..

    2.0
    "Terrible"
Can you believe this, this has go to be the worst episode of Icarly. And with the money they made off that show, they wouldn't even care if the plot was crap. I mean almost several millions of people tuned in. And to find what, Garbage. This has got to be the worst episode ever. And the advertisement, really made it hyped but in the end it doesn't even deserve to be part of a DVD set.

This episode is about how Sam kisses Freddy because she was struck with Lauhing gas at the dentist and Carly really wants to know what happened. And Spencer teaches art at a jail
  • i Carly...... more like.....i am loosing patience with the series

    "Abysmal"
The episode was utterly unexceptional. The promos had given the episode a hype that it seriously failed to live up to. If "i think they kissed" is any indication of things to come for this season of i Carly, I believe this may be their last. The entire episode was a huge tease we learned nothing new about the kiss, or the developing plot around Sam, Freddie, and Carly. The promos told us everything we needed to know about the episode for the exception of the prisoner breakout angle( which I doubt any body cared about ) the episode was totally betrayed Bu it's own advertisments.
  • Ugh....

    1.0
    "Abysmal"
I hate iCarly, and I'll say this. Over all the episodes I've seen of this Garabage, this is the worst.

The plot is absolutley terrible. Sam tells Carly that see kissed Freddy under the influence of Laugh Gas at the dentist, and Carly starts hyperventaling for no reason at all.

Plus, they rushed the end. Spencer going to the jail was the only good part at all.

Overall, this had to be one of the worst episodes ever. Not to mention the fact that the show itself is horribly stupid. Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah. (I had to type that in to reach the 100 word count)
  • While at the Dentist with Carly, under the laughing gas, Sam admits that she kissed Freddie (iKiss). Meanwhile, Spencer teaches a volunteer art class at a prison and they build a giant pair of pants.

    5.5
    "Mediocre"
I was really expecting it to be alot better. The ending was so rushed that it almost made it confusing to tell where Carly's feelings lie. I think it would have almost been better to make it an hour long episode so that the ending could have been played out into something. The prison part with Spencer really got on my nerves. It didn't go with the storyline at all and the only funny part was when the one guy told Spncer that he "felt" stabbing. I did love the sack part though. I hate the commercials for the blanket thing on tv so it was funny to see them making fun of it. Sonny with a Chance did the same thing with the belarmie the blanket with arms. I kept hearing that Carly and Freddie would finally kiss, so I think they should have kissed spontaneously when Carly was somewhat (???) jealous. I believe that with an hour, they could have added on to Spencer's story and made it a little bit funiier. Although this one wasn't the best, I am looking forward to the season 3 episodes.
  • Sam goes to the dentist and under the influence of Laughing gas tells Carly about her kiss with Freddie

    5.5
    "Mediocre"
I don't think the episode was that bad but it certainly didn't live up to expectations. I know that we aren't going to have any couples on the show right away but I expected that since Sam and Freddie were the main focus of the episode then Sam and Freddie should have had more to do in the episode. Most of the episode was just Carly freaking out which was pretty stupid. Also Spencer's storyline which although had some humor in it was very random and had no purpose at all other then to delay time. The only part I enjoyed was when they referenced past episodes such as iKiss and iTwins and I heard there was one more but I'm still looking for it. Also at the end when Sam and Freddie are asked if they enjoyed it and they never answer
  • Boring, but okay

    5.0
    "Mediocre"
In this episode, Carly finds out that Sam and Freddie kissed. But she makes too big of a deal of it, so she keeps on asking Sam and Freddie questions. Meanwhile, Spencer goes to a prison and asks prisoners to make a pair of pants. This part wasn't that funny, except for the guy who tries to stab Spencer. After that, Carly, Sam and Freddie are talking while two prisoners sneak in the pants that they made, and are confronted by the three. But they just stand there and stare at the prisoners! If I was there, I would have gotten a bat and hit those two. Plus, why did Freddie announce that they would have to call the police? And I thought that Sam was going to bat them up. But she acted scared! So yeah, this was an okay episode, but it could have been better.

  • A waste.

    6.5
    "Fair"
I really did not like this episode. The whole plot about Sam and Freddy kissing really had nothing to do with either of them. It was mainly just Carly freaking out (which ofcource is to be expected). But Same and Freddie barely had anything useful to the plot other than what happened in past episodes. Also, the prisoner plot was pretty annoying. There was an occasional funny part to it (like the Stabbing guy) but other than that it was basically a waste. And also, I would think that Sam would be able to take those two guys. And also, was it me or did Carly not even get jelous???? She was supposed to be jelous of Sam and Freddie but she wasn't? So what...the commercials lied to us???!!!! All in all, I did not like this episode. They basically just made it an episode about Sam and Freddie 'cuz those are the episodes that often bring in the most viewers.
  • It was a tad annoying and the ending was too rushed, but it had some funny moments.

    7.5
    "Good"
I've gotta say, when I first saw the commercials for this episode, I didn't think I was going to like it at all even though it looked interesting and I was curious to know how Carly found out about Freddie and Sam kissing. The thing is, I thought most of the episode was going to be devoted to Carly freaking out about the kiss, and, well, I guess I can say I was right. About half of it was, and that was kind of annoying to me. I was also a little annoyed at the part where Sam was loopy. This episode had some pretty good humor, however. I loved how they made fun of those commercials for blankets with sleeves because I used to be highly annoyed by those myself, and I always like references to previous episodes. It was also funny to me how that prisoner kept trying to kill Spencer! One thing I don't get though is why Carly didn't freak out about prisoners being in her house but she freaked out about Sam and Freddie kissing. I mean, I understand why she was shocked about it, but I'm just saying if I saw burglars in my house I wouldn't just stare at them and ask them "Are you burglars?" a few seconds later. I would be totally freaked out! I would also call the police without saying I was going to do it. Oh, well. It's TV logic. I guess it's not supposed to make sense. As for the ending, um, I think it could've been better. It was too rushed. The whole scene with the prisoners at the end took place in, like, two minutes, and it kind of made me mad that Spencer never found out about the prisoners being in his sculpture. I'm not really sure why. So, all in all, this episode wasn't bad at all, but it could've been better. Marebear2009, out!
