  • Perfect episode.

A flawless, funny, and uncaring episode that gives them all a run for they're money.
  • once again another perfect Icarly.

once gain another perfect Icarly. Sam admits to her friends that she was a former child beauty pagent contestant and was suspended due to being suspected by pushing a canidate down a stage. I laughed when Sam wanted to Carly to be in the pagent but Sam threw a tantrum. Meanwhile Spencer sets Freddie on a double blind date and When Freddie says no Spencer throws a tantrum. When they get to the pagent Sam could enter it she does and hopes to defeat her arch-rival. Sam actually gets her wish, because she won the pagant. I laughed When Spencer and Freddie were on the date and they could guess what they were. Overall another perfect iCarly.moreless
  • Good, Not Great

Sam reveals she was in pageants when she was younger, but she got banned because her rival fell down stairs {but many think she pushed here rival}. So she convinces Carly to be in the pageant, until she learns that she was banned for 7 years, and it has been that long. So she enters to try to beat her rival, who wants to win her 100th pageant in a row.

Spencer and Freddie go on a double date, but things do not go as they would have liked when they get addicted to a game. Their dates leave.

I like the episode, but the sub plot was funnier and the episode just seemed to have a rather lazy ending, I thought. Grade: Bmoreless
  • *Sigh*

iCarly's "iWas a Pageant Girl" has been panned by many YouTubers. It has been called the worst iCarly episode ever released and has even replaced "iMeet Fred" has the worst most hated episode ever made. The reception of this episode immediately reminded me of the reception of "iSaved Your Life." That episode was hailed as a truely great episode, merely a notch below "iKiss."

I am just as flabbergasted by the overwhelmingly negative reception of this episode as I was the overwhelmingly positive reception of "iSaved Your Life." There is simply no reason for either reaction on the part of both critics and fans. I say of this episode what I said of "iSaved Your Life:"

This was just as bad as all the other episodes! Just as bad!!!

The only difference between this and "iSaved Your Life" was that this episode was intended as a "Sam Story." But that doesn't make it any better or worse than the others. Just different.

I fail to see how the writers could make the same friggin' episode and have each one produce such varying reactions from the general public. Like I said, there is no reason for either reaction to be either good or aweful. It's just as bad.

One of my personal problems with this episode: the humor was atrotious. I fail to see how something as stupid as Sam throwing a tantrum just so she can get Carly to compete in the pageant is funny. It's not. You know that Sam is an obstinent, willful, selfish, dishonest, and disobedient character. It still baffles me as to how such a rude person could actually qualify as a protagonist. But now I'm getting ahead of myself.

My second problem with this episode was the vamping scenes showing Spencer and Freddie on their so-called "double-date." Those scenes were so bad that I won't even mention why I thought they were bad. I'll leave it to your own opinion as to how those scenes shouldn't be in the episode.

Bottom-line: this episode was one of the worst I have seen since 2008 and as a suggestion to the people coming up with these episodes:

How about putting a good story together???!!!

  • Little Miss Sunshine!

One of the best episodes nof the season three centers around Sam Puckett and her entry into a beauty pageant. A pageant that she was kicked out of some eight years ago after she threw a fellow contestant down a flight of stairs. In tghe secordnary story, two of the characters from the series went on a blinmd date and ended plaing a word game that is addicted. Now back to the pageant. One of the best lines that came out of this epoisode was uttered by Sam. She nsaid,"Myu name is Sam Puckett and I eat fried chicken. She also can dance and she can do it very well. I like this dance number and a love this episode. You Go Sam!moreless
