After watching the thrid episode, which I think the series has found its way, I am starting to warm up to Alex. He reminds me of a combination of Sig Hansen of Deadliest Catch and Pete Liske also from the series.

I also like Drew especially his reation to Huge shooting at him,I would of done the same thing as well.

Hugh is my least favorite, especially after he blamed Rick (?) for his mechanical problems. Like the mechanic told Hugh, if you weren't the owner you'd be fired for truck abuse. Hugh, you ain't perfect either.

I also like Jay, He is the the one that runs those oversized loads. The one whos daughter was sick. I think it might be harder on someone like him who has a small child at home, to leave and do that job. At least the family lives in Yellowknife, where if he is needed, like in this past show, he can get home to them. However with the family so close, it must be hard keeping your mind on making as much money as you can.

Rick's pretty interesting.  He's kind of all over the place.  TJ reacts the way many people would who are not used to the cold and danger.

I also agree to that as well, but you got to reminder he is a bussiness owner with people working under him and if they aren't working he not making any money. It one thing in being your own boss and not making any money, because the only person that you can blame is yourself, it another thing to have people that aren't working for you.

Hi, I am new to the board and the show. When I first heard about the show I didn't think I would like it. I started it watching it and actually found it interesting. So far I like Jay; I knew immediately that I didn't like Hugh; and the jury is still out for me on TJ.

I think my fave trucker would be Jay. I like it that he brings the big oversize loads over the ice.I would be so scared, if I had to do that!
