I personally like this anime alot. It is really good, but only has a disappointing two OVA episodes, however there are several volumes and is very popular in Japan. I can relate to this anime, not because I was in the same position, but because everyone wants to be a good at something and has peer pressure to improve on tiop of that and sometimes you feel like abandoning your ambitiobn because you feel it is becoming a chore. That's how Hiiragi feels throughtout the OAV and he has to overcome his rival and believe in himself to fufil his ambitions. I recommend the manga and anime to all that are interested in manga and sport (or anyone that just wants to watch it) because I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed.moreless
