Patrick and Alex each expect to get lucky on their third date, but the mood is killed when they run into Patrick's snooty ex, Molly, a sophisticated and prolific writer who neither recognizes Alex nor cares about her fame. When Molly invites the couple to her book party, insecure Alex uses a rather unconventional method to make herself seem more intelligent -- she spits out obscure facts about Hitler. Meanwhile, Patrick discovers that Stevie's been stalking them; Stevie discusses the details of Patrick's relationship with his class; and Cheri attends an imaginary awards ceremony.moreless
