do you think that "in case of emergency" could be the new seinfeld? it will have some very big shoes to fill to be as good as seinfeld, but i think it has a chance. it has a very different humor that i think will be very appreciated.

while this show is entertaining, it is not even in the same league as Seinfeld.  the writing and acting has a long way to go to make this show worthy of even 3 seasons.  don't get me wrong, i enjoy the show, but i can't imagine it will be around more than 2 seasons.

I really like the show but I think it's too early to tell if it will become a classic like Seinfeld. Although, I'm sure that when Seinfeld first started people did not realise the show's true potential. Unfortunately, I don't think the network will give it a chance.

No way is this the new Seinfeld! It may not have the recognition it deserves, but it doesn't have the comedic foundations and complex plots that Seinfeld were critically acclaimed for! I enjoy the show, but don't watch it religiously, but all the Seinfeld DVDs are part of my collection. I can watch Seinfeld over and over again, even the early episodes where the ratings sucked, but 'ICOE' isn't really rewatchable.

I know I would've watched a whole lot more Seinfeld if Elaine were hot and Asian...
