In Julia's Kitchen with Master Chefs (1993), a cooking series that first aired in PBS, features 26 talented restaurant chefs as they cook their signature dishes and share their knowledge in preparing great recipes at home. Join Julia Child as she cooks with these great chefs and asks them several questions about their cooking techniques and kitchen tips to make home cooking better. The program shows how to prepare perfectly cooked meals by choosing the correct ingredients and spices, and making the perfect desert to compliment a dish. It covers preparing simple dishes to more complicated ones that include essential cooking tips such as making the perfect pizza Margherita dough with a proper kneading technique, the importance of tossing the salad correctly, or precutting meat before grilling or cooking to avoid oxidation. In one of the episodes with Chef Jody Adams, Julia learns the potential dangers of swallowing a bay leaf. In Julia's Kitchen with Master Chefs features great American recipes with famous restaurant chefs and shows how these dishes can be made at home.
