I liked it. The characters were what was most interesting to me. Especially the two lead characters, Conti and Swain. They make an oddball partnership sorta of like Murtagh and Riggs from Lethal Weapon.
I liked that opening of "This is what the Jury believed happened..." and how they showed that some evidence can have different implications depending on the perspective.
Good opening episode, I'll definitely watch the next episode on Friday. I'm glad it's on at 9PM, since Killer Instinct got cancelled, I now have something to replace it and I'm also glad it's not up against Numbers, which I also watch.
I also liked the scene showing how bored out of his mind Swain was with the corporate case he was consulting on and that he'd rather be mixing it up with the National Justice case instead.
The mix of humor and drama, the cast of characters, this will be an interesting show to watch. Although now I'm wondering when ABC is going to premiere a show which is described as kinda of the exact opposite of In Justice, and that's the other midseason show ABC had planned, The Evidence.
