FOX (ended 1994)
As of April 11, 2006, all five seasons of the series are available on DVD (albeit in edited form). Reruns of the show air on the BET Network.
And then on amazon.com, the reviews stated that it does say it contains edited content. Which basically sucks, because we all know the originals were the best. I'm not sure why though.
This was the best review on there about the editing:
"I just got season 5 yesterday and already watched the first side of disc 1. Looks like this season is edited just like 2-4. I did notice on the box it did say edited content for DVD release. I don't know what is missing but so far the episodes are ranging between 15-20 minutes. I HOPE sometime in the future FOX entertainment will find a way to release some of the missing stuff or at least the music video parodies. It's better that we got something than nothing."

That's upsetting. Those skits were hilarious.

| I guess it could have been the licensing to use the beats of the songs in the music videos. Sitcomsonline did state that is why many of Fox's shows despite good sales only had one or two seasons released because of copyright and licensing issues of music used. I think Fox is being cheap and shortchanging the viewers. |
Can anyone tell me if The Mr. Roger's skit is on the season 4 DVD?
Also, does anyone know of any clips floating around the web?
