While this was yet another, realistic and compelling episode, this first week was more about setting the stage for the future than having that blowaway show. There were a plethora of signs of foreshadowing here from Oliver's mother treating him like a baby, to his father being an absentee parent to his need for attention by breaking the vase.

Although I am not crazy two consecutive storylines with children (albeit one is in college) both have me hooked and ready for their continuation next weekend. This second season really is off to a great start and I cannot wait for more.moreless
