  • Oliver Week Three

To me this felt like a filler episode. Sure, the story was advanced a bit, but the big reveal of Luke's girlfriend being Oliver's teacher was very predictable, to me at least. I also did not like how Oliver did not use his new catchphrase, "I don't wanna talk about this anymore," when Paul was going deeper and deeper into understanding him than ever before.

I have said this before but I just do not think there is a lot going on here, and I have to question how unless something major happens next week they can rationalize this lasting for nine weeks.moreless

  • TRIVIA (0)

  • QUOTES (6)

    • Oliver: Whatever I say... makes everything worse.

    • Oliver: I don't feel comfortable anywhere. I just wish there was someplace I did feel comfortable.

    • Paul: You know, I spent a lot of time watching your turtle. I thought... 'How he carries that house on his back wherever he goes.'
Oliver: That's why turtles are so slow. Always walking around with their houses.

    • Luke: (talking to Paul about himself and Bess) You left the two of us alone in the same room together. You sure like to live dangerously, don't you?

    • Luke: There's no discussions with you. There's just giving in to keep the peace.
Bess: So you just go along with whatever I say to just shut me up, and then you go you do whatever you want, no matter how much it's gonna hurt Oliver.

    • Bess: I've wanted to adopt for a very long time. There are a lot of kids who need a good home. And, you know, I didn't feel all the need to go through pregnancy and labor all over again.
Luke: Also you generally need to be having sex for that to happen.
