I like Dan Henderson as a fighter, but he is really not a charismatic person at all and his interview ran for far too long on this show.
But Carlos Condit and Duane Ludwig did a good job on the panel coming off as real people and not superstars. Sure, Ludwig is a well-traveled veteran, but he has a lot of big wins in the world of MMA. As for Condit, he just stopped by but he had no problem returning and talking about his next fight. I think that BJ Penn will beat him, but I guess we will see.
Another strong Inside MMA though. If you don't watch this show regularly...start!moreless
