AIRED:
Week 9 has concluded, and 49ers and Giants both move to 8-1 this week. San Francisco defeated the Saints for a second time this season 31-13, while the Giants defeated the Cardinals 20-13, a game where Phil Simms got injured and backup Jeff Hostetler is now the man in New York. The Bears were 1 point losers to the Packers 14-13 putting them now at 5-4. In the AFC, Denver easily took care of the Steelers 34-7 putting them at 7-2, and still the #1 team in the AFC. But Cleveland is closing in on them after a 42-31 victory at Tampa Bay. Len and Nick discuss what to expect as the second half of the season is now underway, and what does no Phil Simms mean for the Giants? Can they still be a dominant team or will they fade fast?moreless
