Gadget doesn't encounter any MAD agents in this episode.
It is made clear in the episode that all the jets were stolen by mind controlled pilots. However, there are five jets and only four pilots.
Though the man that Gadget is working with is an Airforce General, hisinsignia resembles that of a Senior Airman (E-4).
Without any transportation being shown, Penny was able to arrive at the Airforce base in roughly the same amount of time that Gadget did in a car.
When the Chief is giving Gadget his assignment on top of the chimney, there is no tv antenna attached to the chimney. The next scene with Gadget on the ground with Penny now shows an antenna being there.
Military Guard: (as Brain pulls up and "drops off" his passenger who is a dummy dressed like a officer) Ok, let's see your clearance papers. Come on dummy, talk! I ain't got all day. Come on dummy, talk!
