I love everything about this episode: the setting, the action, the humor. It's set in Transylvania, which is always cool. There are several great action scenes, including a moment when the Gadgetmobile flies off a steep mountain road. I also like the scene with Penny and Gadget in the room with the moving walls.

There are several funny moments, like when Gadget stupidly grins as a huge Igor-type greets them at the Skull Inn. Poor Brain is constantly frightened by shadows and such, and it's funny to see Gadget get annoyed by it. The MAD agent dressed as a vampire is a nice touch. Oh, and Gadget assumes that MAD is harboring their TENNIS TEAM at the castle!

Just like the previous episode, this one has a nice flow from scene to scene.

Penny discovers a secret passage way, but it is never explained where it leads. That probably doesn't matter much, though. Where did the idea for the tennis ball come from? It's so random.moreless

    • Three of Dr. Claw's MAD Agents don monster disguises. One of the agents dons fangs and a cape and tuxedo to pose as a vampire. Another agent wears a wolf mask and paws. And yet another is dressed like Frankenstein's monster. This is a reference to the three classic Universal monster films, Frankenstein (1931), Dracula (1931), and The Wolfman (1941).
