      • Dr. Claw wears his MAD ring on his right hand. However, during the train explosion scene his ring is now on his left hand.

      • The MAD agent that captured Brain in the main vault dumped him into a small locker with a combination lock on it that he even spins. When Penny saves Brain, the door now has a simple pull lever.

      • When Gadget walks into the vault at Fort Bricks, he enters alone and they lock the door behind him. A little later Brain is also in the vault but it's never shown how he got in.
