  • One of the toughest interventions to watch.

This episode was definitely one of the best. Just some general notes on this episode: divorced parents again, a common theme in the series. Really took it badly, started crystal meth at 13-14, hooked for over 10 years now. One of the toughest interventions I've ever seen on the show. It was definitely the most violent and most protestive. I didn't think it was going to work at all. Ken Seeley is the interventionist. When she finally agrees, sent to florida, Behavioral Health of Palm Beaches, Lake Worth, Florida. Stayed 3 days and then left. upon arrival at home, the ultimatum was treatment or jail (the family had asked for 90 days treatment). She chose jail even when the courts offered her the choice of treatment instead. Served 90 days, after coming out, she relapsed and is still using. Sad episode, but shows the effects of this terrible drug. Definitely one of the worst drugs to get hooked on - it's a physically and mentally inhibiting drug that seriously changes the whole physiology of the brain.moreless
