
Richard grew up in a small town where being gay was unacceptable. Now 34, suffering from an addiction to meth, he remembers his grandfather beating him for his feminine behavior. Richard's family will have to show acceptance if they are to get through to him and save his life.

Skyler was pressured into modeling when he was a child, but the tension has driven him to drugs. He uses a new synthetic drug called "bath salts" which lead to hallucinations. Jessa's meth and alcohol addition has led to severe symptoms and suicide attempts. Both need an intervention.

Dallas has a great sense of humor but her addiction to heroin threatens her safety. She now lives on the streets. Dallas's mother denies that addiction and unknowingly supports it.

Just twenty-one years old, but addicted to Norco and meth, Christina is violent and has delusional thoughts. She's also threatened suicide. Her family feels like Christina will lose her mind completely.

Jeanna spends over $100-a-day on meth, an addiction that started after the murder of her toddler son. Her family thinks an intervention will heal her troubled soul.

Jeff drinks about 30 cans of beer a day, even though his health is failing. He recently lost his wife and his children need him to step up.

Michelle is 30 but looks much older due to the fact that she takes several pain killers on a daily basis on top of her blood pressure pills. Her family begs her to wake up to the harm these drugs are causing.

Brittney developed an alcohol addition after gastric surgery. Ricardo is a father of three, but suffers from a daily addiction to meth which threatens to destroy his life.

Tiffany is a former athlete and dreamed of a medical career but is currently not willing to give up her dangerous meth addiction. She has a four-year-old son and at age 24, her family feels she can still turn her life around (INV-148).

Luke is just 23 but his daily dose of drugs has derailed his college plans in the photojournalism field. He now lives on the streets of San Francisco. Shantel uses OxyContin to cope with learning and mood disorders and feeds her addictions from a motel room.

Living in Hawaii and with a great family, Penny-Lee is a struggling out of control alcoholic who spends most of her time alone, crying out for help, but no one can hear her.

Larry rebelled against his parents with a life of crime. His drink of choice these days is brandy. Megan never felt included in the new family when her mother got remarried. She became an addict and even turned to prostitution.

Latisha is stuck on a crack addiction that includes prostituting to get her fix. She was abandoned by her parents because of this but her parents want to save Latisha and her daughter, whose needs are going unmet.

Eddie played baseball in college and was even pursuing two master's degrees, but expectations put pressure on him and he turned to alcohol and gambling. Now, Eddie is homeless, divorced, and in deep legal trouble.

Mikeal and Sarah have found comfort in each other's pain and they both abuse heroin. Sarah's family is upset that they have lost their daughter. Having sought out Mikeal's parents, they both agree that an intervention is necessary.
