This is a very episode to watch I strongly recommend watching it, so dont miss out. One of the band of seven said that sesshomaru is comming so kill the kids later. They start going up the path and sesshomaru cut them off, one of the band of seven attacked him but sesshomaru blocked off the attack but got cut. The doctor was holding rin, and wanted to kill her bad, sesshomaru threw the sword at him and ran after the other band of seven member at the same time, ran his hand through his chest. The doctor pulled out the sword and was going to kill rin when kikio shot an arrow at this jewel shard purifying it. The good doctor came back and ask if you can remove the jewel shard, the other band of seven cut him and took the jewel shard and left. The good doctor dies and turns into bones.moreless
  • This is a Sesshomaru/Kikyo episode.

    10
You see how far the characters Sesshomaru and Kikyo have developed since the beginning of the series. You see that Sesshomaru has become more caring and more like a hero. He was willing to risk his life just to save Rin. Sesshomaru knew that he was vunerable if he got too close the mountains barrier, but he took the risk.

Also, you saw that Kikyo was also willing to take the risk to save two people as well. Kikyo knew that if she approached the barrier she would be vunerable as well, but she went on ahead. She was able to save both Rin and Suikotsu. Although Suikotsu died, you could say that the good him was saved. When he died, he at least died in peace and he was good. Suikotsu truely turned out to be a tragic hero.moreless
  • Sesshomaru action and Suikotsu's story.

    10
I should preface that I'm a big fan of pretty much all of the Sesshomaru episodes. This one is characteristic of his character, and is very well written and exciting as per usual. I thought the story of Suikotsu's past was especially poignant and very well done, and it was interesting to learn how very different he was from the other members of the Band of Seven. I'd recommend this one to anyone that likes good action and well written drama.moreless
  • The good doctor Suikotsu killed a man with his bare hands. So he developed an alternate personality, one that liked to kill and to fight, in order to cope with the shock.moreless

    9.5
We find out here that Suikotsu was once a good doctor, who swore to dedicate his life to helping people. But then, fate dealt a cruel hand, and he killed someone in self-defense. Being such a kind-hearted and soft person, he ended up subconsiously developing an alternate personality to cope with what he had done. Thus, Suikotsu of the Band of Seven was born...

That's 4 down, 3 to go. Each character has had a hand at beating a member of the Band of Seven so far.

    Sesshomaru: Mukotsu

    Koga: Kiyokotsu

    Kikyo: Suikotsu

Ginkotsu killed himself in an attempt to save Renkotsu, but technically credit for his death goes to Koga.

And, of course, we all know that Inuyasha will be the one to defeat Bankotsu.

We see how much Sesshomaru cares about Rin in this episode, and that the barrier does indeed affect him. There's definately more to come, and I for one can't wait! L8er!

  • You rock, Sesshoumaru!

This episode was awesome! Sesshoumaru is the best! He's now my favorite character of Inuyasha, it used to be Bankotsu. I hope another member of the Band of Seven dies soon again! If this episode would win a grammy, it would deserve many, many, millions, and millions of awards! 2 thumbs up!
