  • I've been in Kagome's shoes before...

I've been in Kagome's shoes before... I don't really like to talk about the incident, but let's just say that in the 6th grade, I had two guys do an all out dual in the lunch room over me once. Let's just say that my "Inuyasha" won, and is still winning today... Well, I would have to say that so far, this is my favorite episode. There's a little bit of love, plus some butt kicking! And those Birds of Paradise remind me of those weird bird things from A Wrinkle In Time. Worst book ever, don't read it. Anyway, Koga the wolf boy captures Kagome and is determined to make her his woman. :P Inuyasha gets totally jealous, and will do anything to get her back. So he and Miroku cook up this plan, but Inuyasha ends up falling into a pit of wolf skeletons, and then Miroku decides that getting Kagome back is more important than Inuyasha, so he and Sango leave him there! XD It's cute, 'cause I saw the later episodes first (one of the first ones I saw was when Miroku proposed to Sango), and it's weird to see how Miroku and Sango got along back in the early stages. :Pmoreless

lol it was fun to watch, hated when koga try to still inuyasha girl though. The brids got in inuyasha way when he was on his pursuit to rescue kogame so he slaughter them. The monk came up with an idea to be capture so they can take them to the the wolf lair but shippo appeared and said they were enemies. Inuyasha finally arrived and kogame hugged him saying that she was scared. Koga so them hugging and said I dont have time for you and to leave. So inuyasha went up there while koga tryed to beat the leader bird and lost a jewel shard in his right arm. Inuyasha than beat the bird with his wind scar.moreless
  • One of my favorite episodes. The second episode with Koga the wolf demon. The first episode in which Koga announces his love for Kagome. Much to Inuyasha's shock and horror.

One of my favorite episodes. The second episode with Koga the wolf demon. The first episode in which Koga announces his love for Kagome. Much to Inuyasha's shock and horror.

This episode is very informative and events that take place in it influence future aspects of the show. The episode starts with Kagome still "kidnapped". Kagome helps Koga fight the birds of paradise. Inuyasha is shocked after Koga announces that he is in love with Kagome and plans to make her his woman. Inuyasha defeats the bird of paradise with a jewel shard. Koga loses the jewel shard in his arm to the Inuyasha gang. In the end Kagome helps Koga escape which ultimately results in Kagome and Inuyasha fighting again.moreless
  • After kidnapping Kagome, Koga realizes that he loves her. With Koga's bold declarations of love, can InuYasha win Kagome back? Koga is a great addition to the the show. Inuyasha and Koga's bickering is really entertaining. Who will win Kagome's heart?moreless

    9.7
This is a really cute show. Unlike InuYasha, Koga speaks openly about his feelings for Kagome. His woman, as Koga frequently calls Kagome, is going to help him defeat the birds of paradise. These aren't ordinary parrots. They are man-eating demons that are the wolf demons' biggest enemy. Kagome must find the leader of these nasty pigeons to help the wolves defeat them. The leader carries two shards of the jewel.Inuyasha is insulted because kagome is assisting him. Does he really believe that kagome could ever fall for this guy. InuYasha and Koga fight for the right to be with Kagome every chance they get. It's soooo cute. They're constant bickering is like two puppies fighting over a bone. Koga refers to InuYasha as mutt face and InuYasha calls him a smelly wolf.moreless
  • I Love This

    10
I love this episode. Its so romantic. Plus this is like the thrid episode I seen of Inuyasha and my sisters first. This is still my favortie episode two years later. And It kind of shows that Inuyasha likes Kagome but it kindof seems like it on episode 14 but he was thinking of Kikyo and looking at Kagome.

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (4)

    • Koga, with only got a wound on his arm, was so weakened (and he has two jewel shards), while Inuyasha, the half-demon with NO jewel shards, has a giant hole in his stomach and is still able to kill powerful demons. You'd think a full-demon with jewel shards would be stronger than that.

    • Before Inuyasha uses his Wind Scar on the giant Bird of Paradise, it's sunny. After the bird is dead, which couldn't have taken more than five minutes, it's pitch dark outside!!!

    • When Shippo is explaining about the feud between the wolves and the birds of paradise while on Miroku's shoulder, you see Miroku's mouth moving not Shippo's.

    • When Koga had his arm trapped between the giant bird of paradise's teeth, he kicked its teeth out, leaving a big gaping hole in its mouth where its teeth once were. However, in the next shot of the bird of paradise, it has its mouth open and has ALL its teeth again.

  • QUOTES (6)

    • Koga: [after Kagome saves Shippo] Hmm. She risked her life to save her friend. She's loyal.
Koga: I'm gonna make you my woman.
      Kagome: [blushes furiously] Huh?
Wolf demons: Hey, Koga, I thought you were gonna eat her when you were finished with her, not marry her!

    • Kagome: I'm not some slave at the auction. You can't put in a bid and claim me as your property. Besides I'm not available--I'm already kind of seeing a guy, sort of.
Koga: You're taken? Don't tell me you're with that dog eared-mutt, "Inutrasha"!
Kagome: His name isn't Inutrasha, so don't insult him! He's brave, courageous, really good-hearted when he's not being a jerk, and he's got a great name so say it right. Inuyasha.

    • Koga: (to Kagome) I'm in love with you Kagome! You're far better off with me and you know it! It's time to make a clean break and give up that pathetic mutt face! He's not good enough for you. Forget about him. I'm gonna kill him someday, anyway. Once you've been with a real warrior like me, you'll never go back to scraps again!

    • Miroku: Did something happen between you two?
Kagome: Nothing happened, he's deluded. It's wishful thinking.
Inuyasha: I knew it. How dare you humiliate her! She's not your property! (jumps up the cliff to chase Koga)
Kagome: (senses a jewel shard) Koga! I sense a jewel about 50 feet up!
Inuyasha: (confused look) Did she, did she just help him?!

    • Wolf Demon 1: That chick just slapped Koga!
      Wolf Demon 2: Honeymoon's over. She's dead.

    • (Kagome and Inuyasha argue about what happened with her and Koga)
Inuyasha: Why don't you just go home? I'm sick of always having to save you!
Kagome: Is that so? Sango, can I borrow Kilala?
      Sango: Sure, what for?
Inuyasha: Humph, she misses her wolf boy already!
Kagome: I'm going home, stupid! You're such a jerk!
      (Kagome leaves on Kilala's back.)
Shippo: When she gets mad, she gets scary.
(Inuyasha braces himself on a boulder.)
      Inuyasha: I wasn't scared!
