Yeah, I saw that. It ends any remote chance of "Invasion" coming back next year. Maybe they can bring in elements of "Invasion" to "Prison Break". A sort of stealth campaign to get "Invasion" back on the air.

Yes, I would actually. You can design an insignia of an axe chopping Invasion's hopes of ever coming back in two and on the other side, show William Fichtner hugging the cast and crew of Prison Break, his newfound home.

Fichtner joining Prison Break is probably one of the biggest reasons why Invasion was cancelled. Invasion was awesome and I hate to be left hanging like that, but I literally screamed in joyful shock when I saw William Fichtner in the season premiere of Prison Break.

Fichtner is a great actor and I'm glad he's on Prison Break. Hopefully however this does not exclude the chance of him coming back on Invasion, if only for a little while. After all, after this season of Prison Break, I don't see Fichtner having that big of a role in the show (Fichtner will probably have some cameos in season 3 but I get the feeling, since season 2 is all about the getaway and Fichtner is the expert on catching criminals early in their escape, that Fichtner's co-starring role will only last as long as the 2nd season).

So in conclusion I'm still hoping for another season of Invasion (and yes, I do realise how slim the chances are of that happening).
It can be done. Not necessarily right now, but someday.

Kill him off and have one of the depetuites step up to take on the job or Just replace him with another actor. Did it Kill NYPD Blues, no, twice. When Jimmy Smits left, how about David Caruso. It went on for a long time with out them. Soap operas do it all the time... Life of a Soap... 20-30 years or more.

I came on TV.com and saw Cherif Underlay and a was like oooooo INVASION then I read prison break it was strange. But wouldn't it be cool if his name was Tom Underlay and it did a cross over with Invasion. If that was so that would be cool I reckon Russell and Michael would get along.

I love Invasion but i also love Prison Break and Fichtner is great in both shows.
In PB he's the smart cop who tries to catch Michael. I think he's a very good actor!
But is there coming a second season of Invasion ??? I hope so !

I gotta be honest, Tom is way better than Mihone (PB charecter) although Tom got on my nerves Mihone is so much worse!!!

It makes me sad that he is part of another show because that means even less of a chance for the rumor of Sci-Fi to pick up Invasion. Plus Eddie is on Ugly Betty now. Ugh. I want a season two, especially since I know I won't ever get it!
