We learn in this episode that whoever (or whatever) is reproducing people cannot reproduce the scars that indicate a woman has experienced childbirth. But this opens up other questions: what about circumcision (in males)? or navels? or tanning marks? There are a number of other incidental scars and imperfections that would be difficult if not impossible to recreate in a clone. And wouldn't Mariel, a doctor, think to have herself checked for stretchmarks and/or C-section scars?
Nitpick: Mariel visits Christine in jail and brings in her purse. She wouldn't be able to bring anything into a holding cell or interview room at any jail.
