I like to see some of the Top Chef contestants go toe to toe with the Iron Chefs...
And local San Francisco rising stars like Nate Appleman...

And of course it goes without saying that we'd like to see Symon compete against everyone he beat to get the gig...

Appleman will be on IC:A sometime this year, I believe. The episode was filmed sometime in June. I hope he loses.

Why should we root against him?
Tell me more... He's a local guy for me and I always try to root for my local chefs...

As for who he's up against, he didn't tell me, probably Chef Symon. I personally root against him because I've known him for 20 years and he's got an inflated ego.

Maybe we should see Alton Brown, Kevin and the regular judges try their hand at Kitchen Stadium
Seriously, I would like to see the original Iron Chefs take on the ICA chefs in a team battle.
Other than that, I would like to see a few more Canadian chefs in battle. It's good to see David Adjey in the season opener but I would like to see Massimo Capra as well.

I would love to see Hell's Kitchen antagonist himself, Gordon Ramsay, on IC:A. It would be interesting to see how he fairs when he is put under the fire. In several instances of his various shows, he makes the chefs go head to head with one another in a timed contest; so, it would awesome to see if he can keep cool under the gun.

I'd love to see Alton take on an Iron Chef. Someone else mentioned Top Chef contestants, which I second. I'd also like to see Tom Colicchio from TC.

Michael Symon battled Besh to win the contest, and he took on my personal favorite Cosentino in Battle Offal around Thanksgiving. I want to see Gordon Ramsay more than anything, also if they could get rid of Cat Cora that would rule.

Sandra Lee. And no stupid team ups to save her from a humiliating lost. If there is a team up, she should team up with Adam Gertler, so when the judges comment that they can't cook, it would be hitting two birds with one stone.

I'd like to see Robert Irvine go head to head with Michael Symon, to see who was the better host of "Dinner: Impossible". As far as team-ups go, I'd like to see Claire Robinson and Cat Cora take onGuy Fieriand Bobby Flay. Allez Cuisine, indeed. (evil snicker)
