    "Great"
    Battle Crawfish was a well excuted battle between Mario and Teresa. I found it facinating to watch each chef work with the Crawfish in ways I had never seen. The only way I ever had them we in the "crab boil" mode.

    I realize that one of the goals of this show is to have the chefs take the "secret ingredient" over the top, but in some cases I just have to wonder is simple would not be best.moreless
