      • The band featured in this episode is The Hook. The song they are singing is "Plug Your Head In" which is from "...Will Grab You". In the end credits, the are billed under 'Special Music by The Hook.

    • QUOTES (3)

      • Commissioner: I have no choice Bob, he'll (Ed) have to be suspended.
Ironside: Don't do it, Dennis. Ed's a fine officer. His future, his career, his entire life is on the line here.
Commissioner: I know that, Bob. I don't like it any more than you do. But the evidence...
Ironside: The evidence is pure baloney. A runaway girl who hates all authority and a weekend hippie who's lying as sure as I'm alive. Now I want 72 hours.
        Commissioner: The papers...
Ironside: ...will scream. the mayor will be calling, and the city council will be breathing fire. I still want that time. Listen, Commissioner, I'm trying to save you the embarrassment of a public apology in all the papers when I knock this story into a cocked hat.
Commissioner: Seventy-two hours isn't much time.
        Ironside: It'll have to do.

      • Ironside: Hello, Patti. They treating you all right downstairs?
Patti: Is that what you brought me up here to ask me?
Ironside: No. No, I was just trying to be pleasant.
Patti: So be unpleasant and let's get it over with.

      • Mark: (while breaking into high school lockers looking for evidence) Once I got busted for doing this, now I'm getting paid for it.
