Nancy Ross-White, an S.I.A. agent, has infiltrated the Istrian Embassy, in Washington, D.C., posing as the social secretary to the ambassador's wife. The S.I.A.'s objective is a microfilm record of Istrian agents operating against the interests of the United States.
