The plans for a portable weapon have been stolen and have been reduced to the size of a microdot by Pierre Gropius, a fashion photographer who moonlights as a courier. An agent has already been killed trying to recover the microdot. Noah sends Al to the El Rondo Key Hotel, as Miles Blairsdon, a cattle baron and oil millionaire, as his cover.
