Ernie Dingo, in his rendition of "The Lion Sleeps Tonight," missed the first note of the song, leading him to walk from the stage while the song was still playing to a surprised Rachael Beck, and an even more shocked Grant Denyer. Grant then thought that he had given up and was preparing to move the show on, until Ernie came back on stage to sing. This was the first time on this show that a celebrity had walked off stage in the middle of a performance.
