  • Funny.

Why is Charlie Day not on every single commercial selling every single product in the world right now? I would buy kitten mitton's based on its awesome sales pitch that made the folks at Sterling Cooper on Mad Men look like fools.

This was as funny an episode as it was absurd, something that is par for the course when it comes to It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I loved Dee's response to the lawyer asking how did you get in here: "The old fashioned way with doors and walking."

While Sunny's ratings are less than spectacular, the show is still carving out its niche on Thursdays as the show dedicated to those 16-25 males searching for something that speaks to them. This is their kind of show.

I'd also like to throw in that I would buy the tequila shooting shotgun as well.moreless
  • What a fun and entertaining season. This episode proves Season 5 to be one of the best yet.

It's Always Sunny has been spot on all season. It's weakest episods tend to be much better than half of other shows great episodes. This episode, however, wasn't weak at all. In fact, I came into it expecting a subpar, same old episode and was surprised to find some incredibly funny scenes and ideas, as well as a surprising cameo by a great third season episode.

The episode starts off simple: Charlie comes up with a new idea for a product to sell: Kitten mittens, the mittens you use when your cats make too much noise. As dumb as this idea sounds, they draw up a contract for it and plan to patent it. However, Mac eats the contract.. just takes it and swallows it up, and what ensues is a hilarious chain of events that culminates in another contract dinner, albiet a less successful one.

Everybody was at the top of their game. Everybody had an idea that was funny in some way, but besides Charlie's, Mac's "dick towel" stole the show. Hearing him say "Dong!" as he turned around was hilarious, and Frank's stress ball was a classic as well. And it was cool to see the lawyer return from the season premiere. There's nothing like watching an educated lawyer and.. well, Charlie, duke it out to see who knows the law best (that guy better watch out when it comes to bird law, he won't know what he's getting into). The end scene with Dennis and Mac's "quick cut" video was not only great for being awful but because it showed us some scenes from "Frank Sets Sweet Dee on Fire." When that scene of Mac sweating profusely popped up on the screen, I couldn't stop laughing. Plus, seeing the lawyer get the best of the gang at the end? Well, let's just say I think we have a new supporting character to make the gang's life a living hell on our hands.

Season 4 of the show was pretty good, but there were some episodes that just came across as dumb (Who Pooped the Bed?, the episode where they take the writer hostage). However, the show seems to have done a great job balancing out the insane and the strangely realistic. And the episodes that are coming up next appear to be ready to keep on delivering.moreless
  • One of the best episodes of the season

The first scene has to be one of the funniest things I've ever seen where Charlie is doing his commercial for Kitten Mittens. I swear I almost choked I was laughing so hard. I loved how they kept spelling mittens with an "o". The rest of the episode was still really good but nothing could stand up to the Kitten Mittens. Mac's D%ck towel idea was really funny and I like how him and Dennis stole Frank's idea of a gun that shoots out alchool. If the writers of the show can keep this up I think this season could get a lot of respect.moreless
