It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia

Can one keep a hummingbird as a pet? As Mac, Charlie and Dennis are discussing this question Dee comes into the bar hoping to share some big news. Always the show stealer though, Frank has some news of his own as he bursts through the door…in a depressed housing market, what better a way to make money than to flip a house?! Dee has other plans though…have a baby! (For some rich people who live in a sick house…)

The catch…there is still a family living inside the house Frank wants to flip. But when Frank's chompin' at the but, little will stop him from getting what he wants. Even if that means getting Dennis and Mac to act as realtors, Hugh Honey and Vic Vinegar complete with Cheez Wiz and crackers for potential buyers.

But before the "Good Realtor/Bad Realtor" can close any deals, "Vic" goes crazy and threatens bodily arm to their potential clients of until they agree to buy the house. Meanwhile, Charlie's found himself involved in a verbal skirmish with a lawyer who agrees to Charlie when he challenges him to a duel. Charlie, of course, backs down.

The gang heads out to meet Dee at the home of the childless parents for whom Dee will be the surrogate Mom. Between cannon balls into their pool, the couple ask Dee if her family has a history of mental illness to which she replies, "Well my brother's a dick if that counts." Refusing Dee her future of wealth, "Hugh and Vic" pose as a gay couple who had prior claim to Dee's womb. Frank and Charlie climb over the couple's fence, foregoing the use of the gate and the whole lot of them ends up in the pool playing chicken.
